Discover magnificent Victoria Falls on a walking tour. Listen as

Livingstone and watch as up to 150 million gallons of water per
minute cascade over the mile-wide basalt cliff, a truly awesome
sight. Walk along the most scenic section, stopping to take in
the splendid views along the way, remember these Falls are
twice the height of Niagara. Board the African Queen and glide
gently downstream as the sun sets over the upper Zambezi
River. Relax in a comfortable chair on deck, enjoy a drink or two
and get ready to spot elephants and giraffes enjoying their own

Today you are free to relax or join one of the many optional
activities. Take a scenic flight over the Falls, join an
elephant safari or seek out other wildlife on a game drive in
Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. Explore the town of Livingstone
with its carefully planned streets and avenues of beautiful
trees. Visit the Livingstone Museum and view a collection of
the famous explorer’s memorabilia. Stroll through the bustling
Maramaba market and join the locals as they shop at stalls
laden with everything from fruit and vegetables to Chitenge,

Fly to Johannesburg and settle into your hotel in Pretoria where
you stay tonight. - Pretoria/The Pride Of Africa Train - 6
Enjoy a leisurely morning or join a tour of Pretoria. This
afternoon travel to the private Capital Park Station and board
Rovos Rail’s luxurious Pride of Africa train for a two night
rail adventure. All meals, drinks and excursions are included
during the course of the journey. With five-star cuisine elegantly
served in the spectacular dining car and picturesque views in
all directions from the superb observation car, this really is
the trip of a lifetime. The sumptuous carriages, some of which
date back to 1911, have been gathered from all corners of
South Africa and carefully restored to a high level of comfort.
Accommodation will be in a Pullman Suite (two people) which
has private facilities and comfortable sofas that convert into
either double or twin beds at night time. Settle into your cabin
as the train departs Pretoria for the first overnight journey,

The train arrives in Kimberley this morning. Visit the Big Hole, a
huge excavation dug by picks, shovels and sheer determination.
Browse in the Diamond Museum, discover the perilous mining
conditions of the 19th century, and see the largest uncut
diamond in the world. Re-board the train for the journey through
arid Karoo, Aar and Beaufort West. - Matjiesfontein/Cape Town - 8
Stop at Matjiesfontein this morning and visit this perfectly
preserved Victorian village. Re-board the train for the final
journey through Touws River, De Dooms and the vineyards of
Worcester. You arrive in Cape Town early this evening for a
three night stay. - Cape Town - 9 to 10
Enjoy free time to explore Cape Town in its incomparable setting
between the sparkling Atlantic Ocean and the majestic backdrop
of Table Mountain. Vine-covered valleys, plunging cliffs,
spectacular mountains and golden beaches are all within easy
