Enjoying a spectacular setting between the desert and the towering peaks of the Atlas Mountains, remote imperial Marrakech is unique. Connect with past and present on an included tour; see the Bahia Palace and encounter bustling Djemma El Fna. Walk through the vibrant Jewish Quarter to the El Badi Palace and arouse your senses at the spice markets. In the afternoon make your own discoveries, explore the myriad of souks in the medina and at dusk return to Djemma El Fna. You will travel from Paris to Madrid on board the Francisco de Goya overnight service in ‘Preferente Class’. Sleepers consist of a cosy two-berth compartment with two armchairs by day and upper and lower berths at night. Each compartment comes with a washbasin, towels, soap and mineral water. Breakfast is included and other meals, snacks and drinks can be purchased throughout the journey. Upgrade to Grand Class and enjoy the extra comfort of an en suite bathroom with shower and complimentary toiletries. A three course evening meal in the restaurant car is also included.
